Data Analyst Specialist - (M/F)

We are MEDWAY, a company in the logistics sector, part of the MSC Group, a multinational company with high international recognition in the transport and logistics sector, and we are looking to strengthen our Digital Innovation team by hiring a:

Data Analyst Specialist - (M/F)

Location: Lisbon

Main functions:

• Develop the company's data analysis strategy and contribute to increasing its performance;
• Respond to business requirements by identifying and analysing metrics and performance indicators;
• Implementing centralised and automated mechanisms for collecting, sourcing, managing and modelling information from the various operational applications;
• Defining and managing the data life cycle, its quality, integration and coherence;
• Presentation of results through the production of reports and dashboards;
• Critically analysing information, monitoring indicators and trends.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• University degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Management, Applied Math´s, Statistics or other relevant areas;
• Previous experience of more than 3 years in roles related to Data Analysis and Management;
• Experience in MS Visual Studio / Integration Services, SQL Server and PowerBI;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is preferred;
• In addition to Portuguese, English must be fluent. Knowledge of Spanish or French would be an asset;
• Intrinsic interest in the areas of Transport and Logistics.
