SAP FICO Business Analyst - Treasury
For this role we are looking for a permanent position for SAP FICO Business Analys, with a focus on the Treasury area, specifically the TRM and FSCM modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with the business, implementing and contributing to design, configuration, and addressing priority support of the solution to meet the business requirements of MSC and its agencies worldwide.
This role requires analytical skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise in the Finance & Controlling modules and integration with other SAP modules, to effectively deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance the SAP functionality to achieve the expected business results.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of SAP FICO projects and enhancements, with a particular focus on Treasury and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules;
- Business Requirement Blueprinting, Coordination, Designing Proof of Concept, Solution configurations, Functional specification for the developments, incident management, testing (unit, scenario, non-regression, and coordinating User Acceptance Tests), Training, and Documentation;
- Act as a liaison with SAP business users to troubleshoot, investigate, analyse, and resolve issues, understanding the impacts of changes in terms of identifying regression, integration, cutover, and migration topics;
- Map business requirements, processes, and objectives in line with the global template, developing necessary design and process modifications to comply with business, local, and legal requirements;
- Resolve incidents and service requests, documenting changes, tests, and configurations associated with them.
EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL AND PERSONAL SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP projects, implementation/rollouts and support;
- Functional design experience, configuration in line with global standards, and testing knowledge in FICO, specifically in sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, BA, CCA, IO, PCA & PA, master data, and all related daily and periodic processes and reports;
- Knowledge and experience in the following areas would be considered an added advantage: Fixed Asset Accounting and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), especially in TRM, HCI, interfaces, workflow;
- Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting;
- Strong organisational skills, multitasking and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines;
- Ability to work autonomously with little or no supervision and problem-solving skills;
- Skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions;
- Team spirit, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to working in a multicultural environment;
- Fluency and proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of French as added value of application.
